Brown had three interceptions against Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill. Hill had only thrown two the entire season.
The Long Beach native also won the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week.
Ole Miss signal caller Bo Wallace is the Offensive Player of the Week. He threw for 251 yards and three touchdowns as the Rebels downed Alabama.
Auburn’s Daniel Carlson is the Special Teams Player of the Week after making 46- and 42-yard field goals in a win over LSU.
