Play of the game: The Bulldogs trailed 59-52 with less than 5 minutes to go. Colin Borchert fouled James Young as the shot clock was winding down. Fans didn’t like the call, but Young made both free throws and Kentucky pushed its lead to 61-52.

Stat of the game: 13 and 24: The Wildcats pulled down 13 offensive rebounds and turned those into 14 points.

Top Dawg: Trivante Bloodman: The junior guard filled in for I.J. Ready who missed the game with a fevor. He scored 12 points on 3-of-6 shooting from the field and 6-of-6 from the free throw line.
