Play of the game: The Bulldogs held on a fourth and and seven from their own 29 with 21 seconds left in the game. Maxwell Smith’s pass was incomplete.  

Big quarter: 1st: MSU scored 14 points in the opening quarter.

Stat of the game: 4-18: Kentucky’s third down conversions, but they were 4-5 on fourth downs.

Top Dawg: Jameon Lewis – He threw a touchdown, caught a touchdown and rushed for a touchdown. That is the second time he has done that this season. He had seven catches for 53 yards. He rushed the ball twice for 22 yards.
